Methods for efficient planning, documentation and metrics in clinical trials

Methods for efficient planning, documentation and metrics in clinical trials

The increasing move towards ever more remote and distanced operational management of clinical trials, together with the advances in technologies and data-driven methodologies demands efficiency in planning and implementing clinical trial logistics.
This workshop builds on the process methods presented earlier in Improving procedures to enhance efficiency using Lean methodology’ focusing on methods to ensure both study processes and operational procedures are optimal in practice.

 The topics will include:
– Processes in context – understanding how your processes fit into the bigger picture
– Process analysis and automating procedural document production
– Measuring and monitoring processes – KPIs and visualisation

Using practical examples, the workshop will illustrate how these techniques can be applied to both study processes as well as SOP controlled functions. This inspiring and interactive workshop will be online and live via zoom on Wednesday 21 April 2021, 16:00-18:00 CET. The content of the workshops is provided for free. However, we ask a small fee of € 25,- (including VAT) for registration and administration. This also assures a dedicated audience during the workshop. You can register for this workshop via the Register button below.
